Yes, use the power of your mind to imagine how good you will feel once your get rid of the habit/s. Literally conjure up the situation in your mind and heart. Relish in the idea of being free and healthier. This type of visual reinforcement can give you the much-needed motivation to see a change in a short period of time.

3. Think about your relationships

Ever wondered how the bad habit affects others? Maybe they are too shy or afraid to mention it, but boy, do they despise it and wish that the situation/habit could change or disappear for good when they around you. Carefully examine your relationships. Work towards making a change for your own good and also to cherish the companionship of the many valuable people around you who really care for you.
